Scrum practitioners of New York!

Please join us for the February gathering of the NYC Scrum User Group on Thursday, February 16th at Euro RSCG!

Time: 6:00 - 8:00pm

Place: Euro RSCG, 350 Hudson Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10014

Agenda

6:00 - 6:30pm - Pizza and networking

6:30 - 8:00pm - Scrum Practitioners Problem Workshop*

The Agile Practitioners Problem Workshop is a highly interactive session. Participants are practitioners who want to discuss problems they face doing Scrum. Participants write down three points they would like to discuss on post-it notes, the group works to consolidate the notes into sets, then selects a set to discuss. The facilitator then selects one note to begin with and asks the person who wrote it to tell the group the story behind it. Along the way the facilitator asks other people to take over the story telling based on their experience in similar situations until the group has self-organized around a conversation. The story concludes with the original story teller summing up what s/he has taken away from the discussion. The facilitator chooses another note and the process repeats!
