One of the most fundamental concepts of Scrum involves the word "expectations". Work stalls all the time because we don't have level expectations on when we can ship it and move on to the next task. Let's gather for an interactive session discussing Definition of Done and how leveling expectation on our teams can remove many impediments before they begin. Chris Murman is an Agile Coach and Project Manager for Bottle Rocket Apps, a digital agency with over 200 apps in both Android and iOS App Stores (including 4 iOS Hall of Fame awards). He is a CSM, CSPO and the co-author of the book "Designing Apps for Success" from Focal Press. He regularly blogs about mobile and agile at chrismurman.com.
