As with any new way of doing business, Agile methods have generated quite a bit of controversy within the software community. Yet since their emergence, in project after project, they have continued to deliver higher quality software systems in less time than traditional processes. Our two keynote speakers will each present a brief case study. Attendees will then work in a hands-on environment to create a deliverable based on the Case Study presented.
Who should attend:
If you are a software team member, including project manager, team lead, development manager, product manager, architect, developer or tester this program is a must for you, in addition to CIOs and CTOs of organizations who have, or will be migrating to an Agile environment.
Dr. Raghvinder (Raghu) Sangwan is an associate professor, software engineering in the engineering division of Penn State Great Valley. His expertise is in requirements engineering, architecture, and design of large software systems.
Kiran Thakkar, MBA, PMP, CST - Certified Scrum Trainer, is adjunct Faculty, Penn State Great Valley, Continuing Professional Education Department. Kiran is a global Enterprise Agile coach and trainer.
This workshop is co-sponsored by: NTT DATA Americas and Penn State Great Valley, Continuing Professional Education Department.
