Summary
<p><span style="font-family: verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; color: #555555;"> </span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.7em; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; padding: 0px;">Product ownership is something many companies struggle with. There are three reasons for this: First, we have to understand what products the organisation develops, and why &ndash; what value they create for the users and for the company. Second, it implies clarifying who actually owns and decides about the products. And third, there is the concept of a single product owner which some view as a dogma and others as a loopy idea.</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.7em; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; padding: 0px;"><span style="display: inline; font-family: inherit;">I hope to discuss all three aspects with you in my session. I would also like to share my experience of coaching product owners and consulting companies to establish effective product ownership.</span></p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.7em; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; padding: 0px;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.7em; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; padding: 0px;"><strong style="display: inline; font-family: inherit; font-weight: bold;">About Roman</strong></p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.7em; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em; padding: 0px;"><span style="display: inline; font-family: inherit;">Roman Pichler is a lean and agile product management expert.
