The Agile safari is pleased to facilitate their first session on "Transformation and Kickoff for Agile Projects" , This first meet up specially focus on sharing experience and help to see to how agile adaption successfully works in organization and help people to see how people and roles (along with value principle and practices )helps them to bring successful transformation. Join us for a unique discussion on how to kick off an Agile Scrum Project. We will be collaborating on a solution for one of our group members to take back to their team. This is going to be a great way to share agile practices. We will also review our Group's backlog and continue to build on it. We will appreciate your interest and welcome case studies and presentations from your experience and extreme data points which you have captured during your agile transition and kickoff.
