Scrum practitioners of New York!

Please join us for the March meeting of the NYC Scrum User Group on Thursday, March 21st at Havas Worldwide!

Time: 6:00 - 8:00pm

Place: Havas Worldwide, 350 Hudson Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10014

6:00 - 6:30pm - Pizza and networking

6:30 - 8:00pm - Agile Program Management with Andrew Kallman

The "Unified Vision Framework" is a business agile leadership methodology for creating vision-driven value throughout the organization (i.e. Portfolio, Program and Project levels). The roots of the UVF are in Theories of Constraints/Lean and it fits hand-in-glove with Scrum. The concept is deceptively simple, but simple is not easy…especially when implementing Scrum throughout the enterprise. Join us to find out how to implement Agile Program Management in your organization.

Andrew Kallman is Portfolio Manager at Nature Publishing Group.

The NYC Scrum User Group meets on the third Thursday of every month to talk about Scrum, to share experiences, to network, and to provide support for local Scrum practitioners.
