Scrum practitioners of New York!

Please join us for the June meeting of the NYC Scrum User Group on Thursday, June 20th at the IBM Design Lab!

Time: 6:00 - 8:00pm

Place: IBM Design Lab, 590 Madison Avenue, 13th Floor, New York, NY 10022

6:00 - 6:30pm - Pizza and networking

6:30 - 8:00pm - Individuals and Interactions - Building Strong Relationships with Roni Givati

The most complex part of software development is human interactions and relationships. High performing teams produce outstanding results, but it doesn't happen by chance. Companies with the best performing teams create conditions for positive engagement and interaction. Tap into the potential and capacity of your teams by providing them with essential skills, strategies and an environment for effective team work.

This presentation will introduce tools to help team members become more conscious and intentional about their interactions with each other and increase positivity and productivity.

Roni Givati is an Agile coach as well as a Professional Organization, Relationship & System Coach trained through the Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global). She is passionate about coaching teams, managers and executive leaders in an effort to evoke transformation and build strong relationships within organizations.

The NYC Scrum User Group meets on the third Thursday of every month to talk about Scrum, to share experiences, to network, and to provide support for local Scrum practitioners.
