In our Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) course you will learn all it takes to be a great Product Owner. We will teach you all the theory, tools and practices you need and doing that, we will share our personal experiences from years of practicing Product Ownership.

We don’t put a lot of effort into making fancy PowerPoint decks. In fact we don’t use PowerPoint at all.

Niels Verdonk is an organisational change agent and agile transformation coach with 15 years of personal experience in management and leadership. He has a background in Industrial Design and Software Engineering. The general idea of my CSPO courses is to go through all practical aspects of breaking down a high level product idea to a concrete backlog. There will be some attention to the basics of Scrum but we will mostly be focussing on the broader role of the Product Owner not just your involvement in the Sprints.

People who are involved in any type of product development, in software, service delivery or even hardware product development. It's helpful if you have some understanding of Scrum or Product Development but it's not a prerequisite.
